In the event of an unsatisfying treatment outcome we kindly ask our patient to contact the surgery as soon as possible for an assessment examination.
In the event anyone wishes to make a formal complaint about events happening at the surgery we kindly ask to contact in writing:

The complaint will be acknowledged within 5 working days after the complaints letter has been received. A full explanation should follow within 14 working days after the complaints letter has been received.
